Responsibility
the Recruitment Consultant’s home base will be at our office and will report to the HR & Operations Director
the role allows for Hybrid working where operationally possible
however, this role may work for one or more designated clients at a time and be expected to spend time at client premises
this role will be fully responsible for the Resourcing function within the business and play a key role in positively building the brand and client portfolio through the delivery of all Resourcing activities
engage with the Accord strategy, assigned objectives/projects and interact with other team members and events
perform any other delegated duties or tasks as reasonably instructed by your Line Manager or Company Director
maintain cost tracker with all costs associated with resourcing
Requirements
previous experience in a similar Resourcing role supporting the offshore, energy or maritime sector
excellent organisation and time management skills
competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the Company
knowledge and expertise of employment law and employee relations
understanding of MLC 2006 requirements a benefit
knowledge or maritime STCW certification
people oriented and results driven
self-motivated, with ability to work on own and as part of a small team, being flexible in work approach, comfortable working low-level detail as well as independent decision making
