- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with players, staff, and parents
- ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
- strong organizational skills to plan and manage practice sessions
- patience and understanding to work with players of different skill levels and backgrounds
- ability to educate players on sportsmanship, teamwork, discipline, and respect
- sports coaching: 2 years
