- collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with HR Information Systems and data protection regulations
Requirements
- proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role within the human resources field
- proficiency in using recruitment tools such as ATS, Taleo, Salesforce, Workday, or PeopleSoft
- strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes
- A solid understanding of human resources practices and procedures
