- this includes everything from carrying out viewings, negotiating tenancies, carrying our inventories and inspections and dealing with maintenance issues
- experience is preferred but not essential, 1 year would be great but ideally at least 3-5 years
- we are looking for a superstar to join our lettings team based in our busy Paignton office, we are looking to find a top performing agent preferably with experience, to become one of our property managers dealing with our Paignton portfolio
- your salary will be commensurate with your performance history, your experience and your skills. The lower end shown is the starting basic and the upper end is the current OTE, both based on a 5 day week
