- handling telephone calls and face to face enquiries
- completing Section 20 consultation processes
- undertaking general administration, updating records on the software system
- working closely with the Accounts team on the development of site budgets
- ensuring that all records are up to date and filed
- ensuring health and safety standards are complied with
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years experience in property, facilities management or the construction industry
- IT literate and email proficiency
- full driving licence and own vehicle is required
- property Management: 2 years
- customer service: 2 years
