- the therapist supports the young people and the team through training, therapy sessions and group supervisions
- if you have no experience but possess the right qualities that are required, please apply, as we provide all the training and direction that is required for the role
- children's Residential carers with no experience or qualifications will be paid a minimum of £21673.00 pro rata plus sleepovers and waking nights rates that will be part of the rota and uplift your salary during the probationary period
- seniors can be paid between £27616.00 - £28600.00 Over time available and waking night rate when on rota
- bike riding, swimming, football, climbing, playing games, etc
