- provide 1st and 2nd line IT support over phone calls, email, and remote access software
- troubleshoot errors on desktops, laptops, mobile phones, and software suites
- log and record support events and updates in our internal ticketing system
- specialising in commercial and financial litigation dispute resolution, international arbitration and public international law, its legal excellence and the quality of service provided to its clients are praised in the leading law directories
- follow up on issues regularly to ensure they are resolved to the satisfaction of clients
- advise on best working practices and security protocols
- complete defined processes such as user creation and onboarding, user deletion, device setup etc

Requirements
- troubleshooting Windows based PC’s and laptops
- troubleshooting MacOS based PC’s and laptops
- troubleshooting Android and iOS-based smartphones
- basic understanding of networks
- basic understanding of network equipment such as switches, firewalls, and routers
- basic understanding of the office suite and Office 365
- customer service experience; ideally Chambers experience
