- we are a growing firm looking to recruit a fulltime skilled and compassionate Children's Panel Solicitor supervisor to join our legal team
- as a Children's Panel Solicitor, you will primarily focus on representing the best interests of children and young people involved in legal proceedings, particularly in matters related to child welfare and protection
- your role will involve providing legal advice, representation, and advocacy on behalf of children, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights are protected throughout the legal process
- you will need to be confident in managing your own Public and Private Family Law caseload, and undertaking your own advocacy whenever possible
- the ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of Child Care work including providing technical expertise and guidance to other team members Ability to manage and supervise, to manage appropriate caseload types and complexities Assisting with delivery of appropriate training and development in the department Variety of duties including dealing with a range of public and private children cases including child abduction, child protection issues, special guardianship and adoption matters as well as undertaking your own advocacy You will have a professional pro-active approach, strong client care skills and be interested in Business Development and Marketing
