Responsibility
- liasing with customers by telephone, in person and on-line communications to make bookings and provide timely information and quotations
- establish and record customer requirements/details and accurately create a job card as necessary
- liaise with customers to secure authorisation for any additional work and ensure signatures are obtained as necessary
- maximise the opportunity of increasing service sales from each enquiry
- ensure that day to day activities of Service reception are carried out efficiently, in accordance with Company Policy whilst promoting a professional and positive image at all times
- ensure that all warranty policies and manufacturer technical information is regularly updated and relevant to the job
- ensure all necessary actions are taken to gain service customer's complete satisfaction
- complete Loan Car agreements accurately recording customer details and carrying out license checks on all drivers
