Responsibility

  • assisting customers on their Self Storage requirements to best suit their needs from enquiry through to move in
  • delivering exceptional customer service
  • effectively utilise computer systems to log all transactions and customer data / correspondence
  • complete daily walk-through inspections, checking locks and cleaning units / facility as required
  • resolve any customer issues effectively and in a timely manner
  • open and close the facility daily
  • contact customers for issues such as past due accounts & confirming reservations
  • monitor the physical condition of the facility and report maintenance requirements
