Responsibility
- responsible for generating new business in NI/UK Healthcare Sector
- responsible for overseeing the Recruitment Compliance Process of all new temporary staff into our NI/UK clients
- ensuring all healthcare compliance and training records are up to date
- ensuring compliance with external regulators
- be the key driver of ensuring the people we support are having a quality service and continuity of care
- have a growth mindset
- accountable for the accuracy of recording data onto our systems and manage computer-based records and bookings in a confidential manner
- support the sales and marketing process systems to support growth and traction of the new business lines
Requirements
- be a registered nurse RMN/RNLD/RGN and hold a valid NMC/NMBI pin
- desirable previous registration with CQC and/or RQIA as Registered Manager
- strong organisational, prioritising and time management skills within a fast-paced setting
- self-starter with strong personal drive to achieve results
- experienced Senior Manager with the ability to manage a team remotely based
- resilience within a fast-paced environment and can manage impacts in a positive ‘can do’ way
- strong leader who can motivate a team remotely
- active team player who builds and maintains professional relationships externally/internally
