Responsibility

  • paying suppliers monthly by BACS to agreed terms and any ad hoc payments required. Dealing with supplier telephone calls
  • reconciling supplier statements and producing monthly reports
  • match purchase invoices to GRN’s & orders, code & post them to bespoke system, dealing with short deliveries, price discrepancies and any other supplier queries
  • in addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the jobholder is required to perform other duties assigned by the line manager from time to time
