- we are seeking a Kilt Hire Staff Member to join our team in Glasgow
- provide support to customers and prospects via email, chat, and telephone
- assist customers with their kilt hire needs, including measuring and fitting kilts and accessories
- adhere to high standards of business ethics and integrity
- provide guidance on Scottish attire and accessories
- resolve customer issues promptly, accurately, and courteously
- process transactions accurately and efficiently
- adhere to support policies, procedures, and best practices
Requirements
- passion for Scottish culture and history
- excellent customer service skills
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
