  • V&A Homes are seeking a Financial Controller to join their head office team based in Harrogate
  • monthly cashflow forecasting at site specific and company level
  • company forecasting
  • quarterly management accounts for three entities
  • year end accounts preparation & liaising with external accountants
  • quarterly Group VAT return
  • reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day financial running of the company supported by a financial administrator and a Group FD
  • VAT partial exemption calculations
