parts advisor
Responsibility
- to ensure the efficient and profitable operation of the Parts department
- to plan organise and control the Parts Department resources to maximise the Parts sales
- to ensure accurate identification of customers' needs by means of dealers system and online catalogues
- using Sytems Like MAM Autopart
- to conduct all transactions with customers with the utmost courtesy
- selling to customers both retail and trade customers
- this is a fabulous opportunity to join a family run business . We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who are passionate in providing world-class customer service
- we believe our working hours are class leading. You will work 5 days per week, an average of 46 hours per week covering Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays
Requirements
- proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role
- ability to liase with a range of customers
- familiarity with online parts catalogues & Autopart is advantageous but not necessary
- excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
