  • matching delivery notes to purchase orders
  • checking invoices against deliveries and current price lists
  • processing new orders and enquires
  • answering the phone and dealing with customer issues

Requirements

  • experience in a varied administration role, ideally in a manufacturing or construction based industry
  • an eye for detail
  • ability to work accurately and quickly
  • A confident phone manner
  • we offer the successful Office Administrator a competitive starting salary of £19,500 - £26,500 per annum depending on experience plus performance based bonuses, pension scheme and other excellent benefits
