Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- completing daily cash sheets on the money coming into the business so they can be correctly allocated
- posting those cash sheets to Sage 200
- adding invoices and credit notes to Sage 200
- AD Williams is the UK’s 6th largest accident repair group. Employing over 270 colleagues, across 15 sites, repairing over 24,000 vehicles per year. Our mission is “Getting you back on the road – fast”
- some simple credit control would also be included in your duties

- basic admin like monitoring and filing emails and filing paperwork

Requirements
- previous experience in a finance office environment
- experience of the sales ledger function
