Education
- certificate of Higher Education
Requirements
- qualified NVQ 3 or above
- significant post-qualification experience and relevant supervisory experience
- excellent knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
- excellent organisational skills with the ability to work to targets and deadlines
- strong people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a staff team
- professional, enthusiastic, and hard working
- A genuine love of children
- confident communication skills with children and adults
