Responsibility
support day-to-day client relationship activities, in coordination with the Director and rest of the team
ensure our Business Plan Commitments are on track and contractually managed through contract change processes as required
implementation of the contracts strategic Social Value pledges and Carbon Neutral action plans are a mainstay of the role
ensure Health & safety certification is maintained across the business
oversee compliance with ISO 9001 standard and other company certifications
work with the business to maintain contractual compliance and delivery
point of contact for client relationship queries and commitments, being the guiding mind to the business on requirements and expectations, and coordinating activities with our Client Manager as appropriate
ensure the best processes and resources are in place to maximise the Performance Based targets and support the long-term objectives of the business
