Responsibility

  • support day-to-day client relationship activities, in coordination with the Director and rest of the team
  • ensure our Business Plan Commitments are on track and contractually managed through contract change processes as required
  • implementation of the contracts strategic Social Value pledges and Carbon Neutral action plans are a mainstay of the role
  • ensure Health & safety certification is maintained across the business
  • oversee compliance with ISO 9001 standard and other company certifications
  • work with the business to maintain contractual compliance and delivery
  • point of contact for client relationship queries and commitments, being the guiding mind to the business on requirements and expectations, and coordinating activities with our Client Manager as appropriate
  • ensure the best processes and resources are in place to maximise the Performance Based targets and support the long-term objectives of the business
