Responsibility
reporting to the Head of Customer Retention, you will be flexible within your role and able to support both the administrative and sales-based functions of the team, helping to ensure the successful fulfilment of team deadlines/targets
you will support our Head of Customer Retention in organising and carrying out a high volume of administrative, customer service and sales-based tasks
this includes organising the taking of inbound and outbound calls to customers who have requested to switch off the renewal of their renewable services, with the aim of retaining these customers
you will also, in time, gain responsibility for refunds within the business, ensuring our refund policies and processes are adhered to in a timely and accurate manner, and our refund % are kept as lower as feasible within these policies
you will also organise and assist in the carrying out of high-volume administrative tasks relating to the removal of statutory addresses from the Companies House public register due to the expiry of address services
this role also includes a number of other administrative tasks, such as responding to customer emails, conducting mail merges, checking our CRM software and other miscellaneous tasks
assist the Head of Retention in the running of the Customer Retention Team
