Paid a deposit over two weeks ago, which I was informed that I would get back in 3-5 working days. To this day I still don’t have the deposit back. I have called 4 times and sent an email which was ignored. In the first 2 phone calls I was fobbed off with the excuse that it depends on how long the bank takes to authorise the refund, they had not even checked if it has been processed. In the previous two phone calls, I have been told that someone will call me back to see if they can authorise the refund as it turns out it wasn’t processed in the first place. No one has called me back. Much better off renting with Enterprise, you get your deposit back in 1-2 working days. Poorly ran business.
