IT'S RUBBISH, watch out it's very dangerous company, they will offer you a job without a contract then when it comes to your pay, you will never see it ( they will not pay you) because you do not have a contract.
you are not protected.
they did this to many employee and you can not challenge hem because you were not given a contract to sign.
my advice to you stay away from it it is losing.
and good luck with your job hunting.
