My partner & I visited today, we wanted a breakfast but it came with black pudding, we asked if we could exchange that for something else as we have with other cafe's which has never been a problem as neither of us like it, we offered to pay the extra, it took ages to get our request through to him as his English is very limited & it took even more time for him to inform us that it 'wasn't allowed', clearly that is 'set in stone'. It's not difficult & they would have made a little bit of extra money & had two happy customers BUT NO!!!! Unhelpful & not a nice experience. We just walked out. We will give our money & custom to a buisness who will do THIS LITTLE thing for us like others have, after all it wasn't a problem & wouldn't put him or any staff out AT ALL
