Responsibility

  • producing informative product descriptions following best practices for spelling, grammar, and SEO
  • researching and producing informative and insightful blog posts to grow our organic traffic
  • ensure copy is consistent and accurate across the website and is in line with our brand identity and tone of voice
  • scheduling and uploading content, such as blogs and emails, through our CMS
  • writing content for social media
  • working with the SEO Specialist and Digital Marketing Manager to support our overall content marketing strategy

Requirements

  • strong writer with impeccable use of spelling and grammar, and an adaptable style to suit our variety of websites
  • SEO Experience is a bonus and not an essential requirement, as this will all be taught
  • experience writing, either in a previous copywriter role or academically in a relevant degree
  • similarly, previous knowledge or experience in the beauty or healthcare industry is advantageous, but not essential
  • can transform technical information/research into concise and customer-friendly copy
  • A year of experience in a previous copywriting role would be advantageous, but not essential
  • able to work to a high standard within a fast-paced industry and environment
  • high computer literacy, and ability to use tools such as Microsoft Suite
