  • leading the Account Management team
  • closing hosting deals yourself and coaching the team in opportunity spotting at accounts
  • as a player/coach, you will be responsible for hitting the team target and incentivised to close your deals too
  • you will enjoy working towards targets and managing the team according to agreed KPIs
  • to ensure activity is always correctly directed with a daily or several times a week meeting of your team
  • to nurture and close of Zutec's cloud-based software and associated services to the Construction sector with a primary focus on Contractors, Developers, Asset Owners, and Housebuilders
  • hire, train and develop team members
