Requirements

- strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
- excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with team members and clients
- proficiency in using maintenance management software and scheduling tools
