Responsibility
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- assist in preparing and serving beverages to customers
- greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness at the bar area
- maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines, in accordance with company recipes and standards
- engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience
- provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
Requirements
- previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role is preferred but not essential
- strong knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage
- excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour
