Responsibility

  • organise maintenance and repairs effectively communicating these to contractors, landlords and tenants
  • organising and liaising with insurance companies for large scale insurance works where required
  • coordinate and carry out property inspections
  • create detailed property inspection reports for clients
  • ensure all work including upgrades, repairs etc. are completed in a timely manner
  • coordinate tenants move-outs, arrange all necessary repairs and liaise with accounts regarding deductions for the deposit
  • provide colleagues, landlords and tenants with prompt clear positive, communication
  • maintain good relationships with all clients and tenants
