Responsibility

  • provide exceptional care to patients within an acute hospital setting
  • work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
  • maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
  • educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries

Requirements

  • current RMN registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council
  • proven experience in an acute or mental health setting
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • ability to handle high-stress situations with compassion and calm
  • nursing: 1 year
