- regular liaison with clients, introducers, lenders and providers

- progression of mortgage and protection applications through to completion
- dealing with incoming calls and emails
- booking client appointments
- chasing outstanding case requirements
- invoicing and reconciling payments from clients, networks, introducers and providers
Requirements
- adaptability to grow with the needs of a developing business
- excellent IT skills with the ability to learn and adapt to new software
- tenacity and meticulous attention to data accuracy
- the successful candidate will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients, lenders and introducers alike
- ability to problem solve independently and with initiative
- we are looking for excellent organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines using a variety of software and systems
