Responsibility
- work with the manager to provide food and beverage service to meet customer expectations
- prepare food and beverages for customers using proper cooking methods, including loading, wrapping and delivering
- check in customers, take orders and pay cash or credit cards
- perform opening and closing tasks, such as cleaning and prepping the restaurant
- work at the cash register
- assisting with opening and closing procedures, such as locking up, resetting tables, resetting service orders
- comply with all health and safety regulations sanitation standards
- maintain a positive attitude and work with a team to help other associates achieve team goals
Requirements
- proven experience as a Front End Associate, Front Desk Agent or similar role
- basic knowledge of restaurant management systems
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy levels
- hospitality: 1 year
- customer service: 1 year
