  • post holder would be included in a late night rota, approx
  • one in ten weeks
  • KEY AREAS Receiving patients in a pleasant and efficient manner, ensuring office procedures are followed
  • telephone making appointments, taking messages answering queries
  • disseminating home visit requirements
  • amend medication on computer following GP instruction
  • additional hours of opening would mainly be at Windy Hill Lane, Marske but staff would be expected to work to the hours allocated at any other site associated with the practice
  • arrange repeat prescriptions for GP signature
