Responsibility

  • supporting the business by liaising with insurance brokers, third party companies and direct clients
  • the Broker Liaison liaises between LawShield and the Insurance Brokers holding agencies to sell insurance ancillary products
  • the priority is to assist the business to develop and maintain strong relationships with its customers, providing regular Management and Customer information reporting, in respect of performance, and to identify new business opportunities to sell additional products
  • request invoices
  • ensure monies are recovered in a timely manner
