Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- A strong background in Customer Service ideally with contact centre experience
- customer focused with a positive attitude and a passion for providing service excellence
- A confident, friendly and polite telephone manner
- ability to empathise with all types of customer
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- superb time management skills
- exceptional attention to detail
- teamwork and flexibility
