Responsibility
- providing commercial and financial advice to the project team throughout the lifecycle of the project
- preparing and negotiating contracts, sub-contracts and change orders
- ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- managing and tracking project costs, including materials, labor and subcontractor costs
- forecasting project cash flows and preparing financial reports
- assessing and mitigating commercial risks to the company
- managing and developing relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
