Responsibility

our Senior Support Workers will support the Team Manager/Service Manager in maintaining safe and well-led services, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and associated challenging behaviours
in summary, the Senior Support Worker will be responsible for supporting the Team Manager/Service Manager with the weekly VIS, medication checks, weekly spending, timesheets, co-ordinating activities, mentoring new staff, supporting service champions and keyworkers, and generally ensuring that the service is safe and well led
reporting to the Team Managers/Service Manager, Senior Support Workers are also required to work on-shift 39 hours a week in a challenging role supporting adults with a learning disability
we require motivated and dedicated individuals who have a desire to make a difference to the lives of the people we support
