- manage online and paper filing systems
- develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management

- promote staff development and training
- respond to customer enquiries and complaints
- review and update health and safety policies and ensure they're observed
Requirements
- A degree in business administration/business management/human resource management
- 1 year work experience as an office manager
- flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
