Requirements

  • experience in a children’s residential care setting
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People or equivalent
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • knowledge of therapeutic practices and safeguarding policies
  • full UK Driving Licence
  • leadership: 1 year
