They DON'T know ABC of customer service, I was shouted at and disrespected when they were at fault. On 9 Nov they picked some parcels from my adress in UK ,sending it to Romania. I made the payment right there on the spot as they send me a link .Only to be called from Romania by the driver stating I need to pay £..how M I going to pay it ,I explained him I paid he kept on going he needs evidence as in their cheap good of nothing app is not reflecting. I went in my bank account,found proof of payment and send it to him ,he said not sure if he can use this. I called the customer service line ,which bear in mind they are supposed to try and give the customer the best service of c according with the situation. When I ring I explained that lady everything..she says yeh I can see you send a screenshot but is not showing the bank account in which you made the payment..I mean the screenshot clearly was showing Botosani ,their company name ,the amount and a reference number through which they could find the payment. I told her I was send a link to make the payment not a bank account..she then states that your problem..Like how Disrespectful no manners how to speak with a customer that's clearly frustrated coz they paid ,no apologies no nothing..I told her it's on them and also I mentioned about the app that never shows anything no tracking no arrival no nothing and now no payment so I said that app is useless it should be taken down..Then she started arguing back instead of focusing on the situation..She was like I dont think you are in a position to tell us what to do with our app ...she said some other things then went silent..I say hello and she is shouting at me to wait I told her it's your duty if your going to put me on hold to tell me ..She went on about we are not roommate, don't talk to me using first verba and then without telling me anything else she is saying Goodbye ..I was like hello what do you mean Goodbye ,don't they teach u anything..your supposed to tell me what's going to happen now about my payment...anyways guys this is just a little of my conv ....AVOID Pandoras at any cost ..either they train their staff to he able to show empty, patience and understanding towards their customers either hire new staff that are educated ! I feel bad that I used their services 3 times in the past..My sister was about to use it too and my friend now I will stop them.

An absolute joke of a company- do not use!!
Used them to during our relocation to Romania. Agreed to a delivery date and then they delivered whenever they felt like it- one day before we even got there!
Delivered someone elses box to our address and then threatened to call the police on us for THEIR mistake.
Do not trust them. Do not use them. Choose someone else.
No customer service, won’t admit their mistakes, they literally do not care and just take your money. They also hide this by blocking you and deleting comments on their social media!!!
How did the situation get resolved after they delivered the wrong box? Was there any follow-up from them regarding their mistake?
Bad experience. They asked for more momey to pocket without measuring the parcels or weighting it. They'll billed a fake bill of two parcels when I actually only send one parcel.
Because when I asked them why they asked for so much money they had to find a reason but faked one by implying on a receipt that there were two parcels. That's a huge lie because i only send a parcel not two and they shouldn't have charged me that much money.

I’m in absolute shock of the lack of communication from customer service.was given a slot from mid day to about 5pm,then it changed to 10pm and nothing,when I asked cs what’s happening they just told me to call the driver that is rejecting my calls.I have all my items(19 boxes)in the car park in the rain waiting for them,it’s 1am and they’re still not here.every time I call they’re keep saying in 2 hours,how is this the same 5* Pandora that they have everywhere?I find it hard to believe when I saw in real time how they we’re deleting comments on their social media.I have to leave my accommodation tomorrow and if I don’t get my stuff collected tonight I’m out of luck.how can they do this to people?
Horrible service and I’m so disappointed
Cutomer service is extremely rude, charged me £30 but when my sister and brother in law received the parcel they refused to hand it over until they paid extra £14. And i have proof conversation with pandoras when they told me the parcel size is not big and cost me only standard £30. Now they ignoring my messages and refusing to keep their word. I was a customer for many years i placed orders at them but recently they become scammers and thief's.!!! I want my £14 back!!!
Customer care is very rude and doesn’t exist. I have a claim with them and after 3 months is not sorted.
Customer care doesn't exist? You mean it's so poor or they don't have a special department responsible for a contact with clients? I don't even know, what would be worse there :p

They block people who leave less than 5**** reviews on Facebook and messenger. They refuse to fix their mistakes and are incredibly rude over the phone....
