compliance manager
Working hours
- full-time
Responsibility
- to oversee the daily management of internal Compliance officers
- assign and oversee the dispatch of Compliance officers to locations as needed
- oversee budgets and scheduling for Compliance team
- track and maintain records of Compliance locations and visits
- be the point of contact for all internal mystery shop and shadowing reports, as well as all communications about retraining information to compliance officers
- send out all applicable report logs to managers, and follow up with appropriate responses
- track and file all incident report logs related to internal mystery shops/shadows
- consult and maintain communication with Training Manager about what type of retraining would be appropriate for FR’s and record delivery
Requirements
- the successful candidate will
- have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the face-to-face fundraising sector
- be familiar with the Fundraising Regulator Face-to-Face rulebooks
- have an ethical professional character that displays honesty and integrity at all times
- possess tact, diplomacy and assertiveness to inspire, build confidence and motivate team members in a changing environment
- be a problem solver, able to prioritise, manage risks and improve performance
- have the ability to work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines
- ideally have a drivers license and access to a car
