Responsibility
- provide subject matter expertise on regulatory changes, driving interpretation and implementation of required changes to regulatory framework
- responsible for day-to-day implementation of the consumer duty regulation for the firm by taking ownership of all deliverables
- provide advisory support to business leads on regulatory compliance
- responsible for Senior Management Certification application processing and any compliance on-boarding requirement for all new joiners
- responsible for collating Senior Management Information for key governance forums and board meetings
- responsible for management of compliance registers
- provide support to the Head of Compliance to ensure Zeepay JV UK Limited complies with all regulatory & legal requirements as well as internal policies and procedures
- responsible for drafting new policies and procedures as well as updating existing ones as required
Education
- good working knowledge of UK regulations
- familiar with the SMCR and the Consumer Duty Regulation
- must have some project management experience
- strong & effective stakeholder management skills
- outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- strong problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to compile and interpret statistical data and communicate it in a professional and understandable manner
