working alongside our accountants to manage the payroll of all staff
maintaining calendar and supporting documentation for employee performance reviews
establishes and leads the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to recruit and hire a superior workforce
interview management; serves as part of the interview team
conducting investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth
monitors and advises managers and supervisors in the progressive discipline system of the company

Requirements
minimum of 5 years’ experience as a HR Assistant/Manager in the UK
must have a strong knowledge and experience of payroll, employment law, workplace health and safety and recruitment
outstanding interpersonal skills
