Responsibility

  • create and maintain relationships with clients and deliver an exceptional level of account service
  • maintain your client portfolio and add value to the service we provide
  • providing regular Client reports – Status and Financial
  • processing invoices through our Bill Validation portal
  • investigating and resolving billing/accounts issues
  • manage and run the payroll system for firm' s clients
  • ensuring all client information and invoicing are filed and up to date
  • process company financial data and run reconciliations

Requirements

  • qualification of accountancy and finance
  • previous account management experience is desirable
  • IT literate
  • commercial and business awareness
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • high numeracy and sound technical skills
  • problem-solving skills and initiative
