  • ensuring we deliver exceptional services to our customers and clients
  • dealing with client and customer queries
  • preparing weekly / monthly information to our corporate accountants
  • processing weekly client payments
  • dealing with queries both over the telephone and email
  • working knowledge of best practices in areas such as credit control, raising invoices and customer management
  • IT literate including the use of MS Office and Mac computers
  • knowledge of the following payment gateways would be an advantage; GoCardless and Stripe
