Responsibility

  • work towards meeting daily KPI’s by booking appointments with business owners and directors for our field sales team to visit
  • manage CRM to Build a pipeline and achieve KPIs
  • convert prospects into qualifying leads by discussing qualifying information, such as contract length, spend and name of provider
  • gain insight from talking to businesses, to improve and help solidify your knowledge of the UK telecoms industry
  • update of Z1’s internal database in an accurate and timely manner

  • exceptional telephone manner, with the ability to be interpersonal in your approach
  • organised and efficient in your ability to build rapport
  • computer literate – You can operate online systems such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
