Responsibility
- manage inventory of kitchen supplies, including ordering & purchasing of ingredients and maintaining stock levels. Ensure all relevant pre-ordering is done to factor in the Christmas period
- oversee the organisation and cleanliness of the kitchen area
- maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene practices in the kitchen
- it is essential that you are able to maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment as you'll be working in the guests own home
- assist in training kitchen staff on culinary techniques, food safety practices, and efficient kitchen operations
- plan and prepare meals according to clients' dietary needs and preferences, ensuring variety and nutritional balance
