A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for good food, and strong communication and teamwork skills
prepare and cook meals to high standards according to our recipes
ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks
maintain a clean and organized kitchen
monitor inventory and report to the manager daily
the ideal candidate for this position has a background in preps using ingredients including fresh meat, fish/shellfish and veg, enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively
approximately 32-35 hours a week, 4 days a week. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Christmas - New Year closd. Immediate start
