Responsibility

  • A successful candidate will have restaurant industry experience, a passion for good food, and strong communication and teamwork skills
  • prepare and cook meals to high standards according to our recipes
  • ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • monitor inventory and report to the manager daily
  • the ideal candidate for this position has a background in preps using ingredients including fresh meat, fish/shellfish and veg, enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is capable of taking direction well and multi-tasking effectively
  • approximately 32-35 hours a week, 4 days a week. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Christmas - New Year closd. Immediate start
