Responsibility

  • manage all renewal, new, mid-term and occasional claims work as required
  • support the Directors and Client Executives with all aspects of their direct client work including attending meetings as required
  • provide business reports as required
  • keep electronic files up to date, in order and all work tasked/diarised accordingly
  • provide excellent customer service to Yutree's SME and corporate clients at all times in writing, over the phone and face to face
