I have been sent two pairs of expensive AMORA LONDON shoes in the wrong size, no labelling, no return label, but when I asked the company to replace them I was asked (by a bot) to pay to join a help-line. This seems like a scam to me.

They want same returned to China which will cost a fortune and want value decreased for
