Responsibility
- assist in managing clients day to day needs - this will be highly varied
- help lead the customer with a digital first approach and from a best practice perspective
- support on media delivery
- ensure to pick up and respond to all client enquiries promptly, efficiently and professionally
- work closely with the account manager in their role, proactively taking workload away from them and fulfilling the account requirements to an exceptional standard
- arrange meetings and calls as required
- maintain regular email and phone contact as the client requires
- working on the delivery action for administrative tasks which may vary from CMS updates, hands on SEO, broadcasting email, posting on social media, sending press releases etc
Requirements
- build rapports and solid relationships with influential stakeholders across the client businesses, our internal team and external suppliers
- ideally 1-2 years in a marketing role, but not essential
- provide a service that's valued for the primary purpose of retention
- demonstrated competence in successfully liaising with mid and senior level
- be attentive and responsive to client needs
- be able to prioritise a range of client delivery tasks and manage time to fulfil these
- possess a sense of urgency and attention to accuracy and detail
- great time management skills
